I like people who connect the dots but the dots in your profile don’t seem to align for an acceptance from Kellogg. Your 2.9 GPA from a non-selective university is well below Kellogg’s 3.6 class average. Your 690 GMAT is 40 points below the school’s 730 class average. And frankly, the average is even higher for Asian and Indian admitted students. Poets&Quants own analysis of the acceptance rate for Asians and Indian applicants provds the point: In some cases, the acceptance rate for U.S. citizens is four to five times higher than the rate of acceptance for Indian and Chinese applicants. • Your WE is below average, your GPA is very below average, and your GMAT is below average. You are in a tough demographic. You come from a non-competitive university. I just don't see Kellogg happening. I'd put your Ross odds at 15%.
