Big Life Wins:
Revamped the operations of the newly integrated scouting department by instituting nationwide standards and processes, collaborated with a well known statistics company to introduce a new innovative report platform. In the first 6 months, designed the analytics component of an important new agency tool, praised for design and functionality.
Post MBA Goal:
To pivot into venture capital, focusing specifically on investing in female and minority-led (people of color, LGBTQ+) businesses. Working toward gender equity is hugely important to me and has been a common thread through many of my work experiences and extracurriculars.
