Well, from the looks of things, you and your husband make quite the power couple. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the two of you are both admitted to Wharton and get to take this MBA journey together. It would be quite an adventure. You have a unique profile. Combine that with your IIT pedigree and your 740 GMAT (18 points above Wharton's average now) and I think your chances are good. One thing to note - you'll have a strong case for 100% scholarship if you can increase your GMAT by 20 points (I know a lot of females at Wharton with IIT background and 760 GMAT receiving 100% scholarship). Good luck. You are going somewhere good.
