The first project I was assigned to had multiple senior stakeholders and unresponsive developers. As a project manager, I independently drove the project to completion by managing these stakeholders. I was felicitated by my team for my work. I was subsequently assigned two more projects where I worked with senior leadership directly.
I am passionate about impact investing and in the short term I want to join an IB firm that specializes in impact. In the long term, I want to transition to PE firm that uses sustainable investing strategies to create value.

I think there are a lot of strengths in your profile – strong academic track record (knowing how rigorous the NUS engineering programs are), competitive GRE, solid work achievements and active community engagement through NGOs. While I think you have a lot of strengths in your profile, I do think waiting another couple years before applying to GSB would strengthen your application. One area to consider beefing up is your current community leadership activities. While you are already a mentor with the NGO you are volunteering at, consider stepping up your engagement a bit more to …
