I’m assuming you took the GMAT and scored that 700 and not the GRE. If so, you would be applying to Stanford with a score that is 38 points below the school’s current average of 738. That is a considerable gap, though you could have a very powerful story to tell if you have been working closely with COVID issues. If you can craft a strong What Matters Most essay for Stanford based on that experience, you could very well get an admit there.
