Big Life Wins:

Promoted twice at my first job in Audit, promoted once to Senior at my second job. Got my CPA while working full time at 25. Interfaced with the founders at my startup (previously Expedia founders), was involved with major company decisions and funding conversations, and brought in the audit firm I used to work for as the startup’s auditors.

Post MBA Goal:

I like your stats – your GPA is a little low, but you’ve got that nice healthy GMAT to offset it. I also really like that you broke out of audit and started to transition into finance within industry (including at a start-up). I also like your engagement in the community. That said, I am concerned about your post-MBA goals: entrepreneurship. It’s not that I question them; it’s more that I know the school will question whether you can achieve them!
