Candidate:

Ms. Management Consultant In Consumer Products

About Me:

‘Girls don’t work here’ was what welcomed me to my first job. I changed mindsets, learned Gujarati, and interacted with shop-floor workers. Subsequently, I supervised a 60Tonnes/day production line and troubleshot run-time errors. After completing 2 shop-floor projects, I was promoted to FMCG operations, where I developed SOPs, boosted productivity (+5%), and trained 60+ workers. I advanced to be the first EA to the Plant Head. Later, I joined Reliance Beauty, a new commerce venture, where I curated offerings and managed inventory worth INR 280 lakh to guarantee product availability. I handled 140+ omni-channel portfolios and special initiatives. I am determined to apply and start my MBA journey in 2023 Fall.
