    One factor that makes your application difficult to assess is your GMAT score - or the lack of it. At first glance 4 years of work experience means your application would really need to be strong, and your post-MBA vision would need to be very clear, focused and achievable. This would be a criteria the MBA admissions officers would focus on. Having 4 years of work-ex, while below average, isn't a disqualifying criteria but remember you would be going up against candidates with more experience> hence you would need to demonstrate leadership at the workplace - either via managing direct reports or by clear examples of having shown workplace initiatives. Anyway, i do recommend that you apply once you have addressed the points above. Good luck.
