I have always been appreciated for the go-getter attitude. Despite being new to my current sector/domain, I have been a quick learner exceeded my own expectations, and scored highest in the H1, globally. all this, managing a marriage, an MBA dream, and magnanimous OKRs & BHAGs.
Interested in scaling rural / semi-urban entrepreneurship ideas to exciting brands. Built a community of brand marketers & communicators to drive those middle-class entrepreneurial ideas and one-person businesses to scale globally.

Hi Ms. Public Relations, Thanks for posting your profile! This is Debbie Choy from mbaMission. I think you have had strong achievements in your career. The question is – how do your future career goals fit with your background to date? Like Susan, I am also curious (as will AdCom) about your goals in scaling rural / semi-urban projects. What drives your passion in this area? Importantly, what specific skills or knowledge will you gain at b-school to help you achieve your future career goals? Separately, Kellogg might be concerned about your GMAT and GPA, both of which are below their average. Hi Ms. Public Relations, Thanks for posting your profile! This is Debbie Choy from mbaMission. I think you have had strong achievements in your career. Separately, Kellogg might be concerned about your GMAT and GPA, both of which are below their average. If it’s not possible to boost your GMAT score, consider taking external Quant courses to get yourself MBA-ready and also demonstrate your Quant chops to AdCom. My estimate of your odds are based on your current GMAT but if you increase your GMAT score, your chances will also improve. If you wish to discuss your profile in further detail, feel free to schedule a consultation with us. Wishing you the best in your MBA journey!
Ms. Public Relations – Thanks for sharing your profile. Susan here from Stratus.
I’m curious about what motivates your interest in scaling rural / semi-urban entrepreneurship ideas. If you can tell the story around this, you could find a seat at Kellogg. Otherwise, your stats are below their averages. (HINT – retake your GMAT to get 720+) Also, you don’t note any extracurriculars. Kellogg is very much a student driven community. If you haven’t engaged in your communities in the past, it will be difficult for adcom to see you becoming an integral part of the Kellogg community.

I encourage you to expand your list to include MBA programs that need to boost their percentage of women (Cornell Johnson, UNC Kenan-Flagler and CMU Tepper come to mind), or have lower percentages of international students (UT-McCombs or Vanderbilt Owen) or have a strong focus on entrepreneurship (Babson).
Wishing you all the best!
