    I like that you are commiting time both at work and in your extracurriculars towards your passion of addressing the achievement gap for Hispanics and women in leadership. I’m not sure how this aligns with your interest in and commitment to retail. A few years ago, I worked with a candidate who was in education and had partnered with Walmart to offer support for under-served minorities. Your narrative could be more powerful if are able to bring your passions/interests together and show how an MBA will enable you to make a bigger impact.
