Hoped to get more hands-on experience in the social space via consulting but couldn’t. Promoted 2 times at my first job.

Short term: Social impact at leading consulting firm – think Dalberg, FSG, MBB’s impact practice area OR Strategy at leading non-profit – Gates Foundation, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, etc.
Long term: Up the food chain in these firms – partner or strategy head.
