Business schools love ambitious people and ambitious people love business schools. But business schools also want you to be humble and to make your ambition less visible. You need to be that duck in the water, feverishing paddling underneath the water, but calm as can be on top of it. Your extras are all super admirable as well, especially you work in coding for women at Microsoft and at Google. Honestly, you are a shoo-in at Wharton.
