Describe the biggest accomplishment in your career so far: It is difficult to pinpoint my biggest accomplishment thus far as there have been numerous inflection points in the past six years that have significantly impacted my professional career. However, one moment that stands out was my promotion from back-office operations to a front-office sales role managing relationships with Fortune 100 clients. Most recently, I was selected for the 2015 J.P. Morgan Metropolitan Club, an award given to the top 10% of the sales force.

Looking back on your experience, what advice would you give to future business school applicants? The most important advice anyone can give you throughout this process is to be your authentic self. Self-awareness is the only foundation to build your application on.

What led you to choose this program for your full-time MBA? Choosing which business school to attend was a difficult, confusing decision until the day I visited Haas. This program does an unbelievable job focusing on a student development from a personal and professional perspective. You can go to any top business school to find a good job, but you come to Haas to find yourself and what drives you. Also, the students that I met on campus were the most talented, bright, and self-aware people that I have ever come across. Oh, and did I mention the weather?

Tell us about your dream job or dream employer at this point in your life. I am a strong believer in continuous personal development and following your passions. My dream job would be to work with technology startups and entrepreneurs as they follow their passions by helping them stand firmly at the intersection of innovation and strategy. In short, helping entrepreneurs and startups change the world.

What would you like your business school peers to say about you after you graduate from this program? It is my goal for the Haas community to know my authentic self and the values I stand for.
