Our MBA is AACSB-accredited, giving you and prospective employers confidence in your understanding of foundational principles from a range of business disciplines,” says William Dresnack, Associate Professor and MBA Program Director.
Saunders welcomed a cohort of 76 students this year, and by design, they have low student-to-faculty ratios which means their faculty are highly accessible and committed to the personal success of each student. Saunders recognizes that instant access to information, big data, social media, and the global economy are forcing business leaders to be creative and innovate to succeed. Their curriculum is designed in a way to ensure that students have in-classroom opportunities to practice blending business, technology, science, design, and liberal arts together to reflect the reality of the world outside of the classroom.
The program can be either completed in 2 years or in 1 accelerated year. Students flow through 11 core technology-based courses, 3 courses in specialty areas of their choice, and 2 electives courses across nine RIT Colleges. The specialties allow students to hone in on a specific focus, in areas such as accounting, business analytics, digital marketing, finance, innovation management, management information systems, marketing, and supply chain management.
Electives allow them to customize their experience and share workspaces with artists, designers, engineers, and computer scientists. Blending students of different backgrounds also gives Saunders graduates the ability to differentiate themselves successfully within a crowded job market.
Saunders also offers Leadership Fellows opportunities, four global campuses in China, Croatia, Dubai, and Kosovo where students commonly participate in competitions like Tiger Tank and Business Analytics, various Centers dedicated to Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Government, Society and more.
