Possessing nearly a decade of product development experience, Young is the chief product officer at Fulbridge. Early in her career, she was responsible for the design, development, and launch of Market Street, a popular Facebook game. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford.

Description: What holds people back in their careers? It’s rarely intelligence or work ethic. Instead, it is usually those intangibles that are so easy to take for granted. Is their communication clear, succinct and appropriate to the context? Do they bring out the talents of their peers – or are they constantly trying to prove that they are the smartest person in the room? In this course, students will learn how to better “communicate, collaborate, and resolve conflicts.” In particular, they will practice proven techniques for writing emails and delivering presentations, as well as running meetings and fostering teamwork.
