Kimberly has worked in business school admissions and recruiting since 1998. Prior to joining The MBA Exchange in 2004, she was Associate Director of MBA Admissions at The Wharton School where she recruited, interviewed and evaluated applicants and provided individualized support to female applicants. Previously, Kimberly was an MBA recruiter at Bain & Company and the Boston Consulting Group. She has expertise in counseling candidates from application to post-graduation career. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire where she majored in Psychology and Sociology.
