Tiffany has 14 years of professional experience in financial advisory, operations leadership, and management. She worked in both the Investment Bank and Asset & Wealth Management divisions at J.P. Morgan in New York, Chicago and Houston. Her work in the nonprofit sector included starting and leading a $1 million new initiative and launching a $55 million capital campaign. She has been engaged with the UNCF, Year Up and the Department of Education. Additionally, Tiffany has been a General Manager at Target Corporation in two metropolitan areas. In this role, she led 200-member teams for enterprises averaging $30 million in revenues. She has also recently completed the state-board CPA Exam and is transitioning into public accounting to work with businesses and nonprofits on tax, audit and advisory solutions.

Tiffany is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals. She has recruited and interviewed for MBA programs and corporations, and has created and run programs that involved interviewing and selecting individuals into graduate prep and leadership programs for several universities. Additionally, Tiffany has been a formal and informal MBA coach/mentor for graduate students accepted at top programs such as HBS, Wharton and Stanford. She has also been asked by the HBS Admissions office to serve on alumni panels in target cities. Tiffany is also an aluma of the Wall Street Career Program at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and an MBA fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT).

She loves wine, reading and watching a range of professional sports.

Tiffany specializes in admissions consulting for underrepresented minorities and for graduates of lower-ranked undergraduate programs.
