What has been your favorite part of the Twin Cities so far? What has made it such a great place to earn an MBA? The proximity to medical devices industry. The people are also nice, warm, and welcoming

Carlson MBA spend a year in hands-on Enterprise programs for Consulting, Branding, Ventures, and Funds. Which program do you intend to enroll in? What excites most about your Enterprise program? I intend to enroll in the Brand Enterprise. What excites me the most is the hands-on learning experience in the real world even before I start my internship next year. I would love to contribute to complex business problems, especially in the healthcare industry.

Aside from your classmates, experiential learning, and location, what was the key part of the Carlson MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? The Medical Industry Leadership Institute (MILI) and numerous courses related to the healthcare industry under MILI.

What course, club or activity have you enjoyed the most so far at Carlson? I have enjoyed all MILI meetings and discussions. I also loved the marketing management course.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: International publication and presence in an international scientific conference (Asia Pacific Hematology Consortium)

Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far: Getting nominated to represent the first-year Full-Time MBA class for Poets&Quants and getting elected as a board member for MILI.

What has been your best memory as an MBA so far? The Diwali (Indian festival) celebrations with my classmates.

What advice would you give to help potential applicants gain admission into the Carlson MBA program? Prepare your story and come with an open and curious mind. Don’t worry if you don’t have a business background. All you need is a curious mind and ability to learn!
