What has been your favorite course or extracurricular activity at IIM Calcutta? What has been the most important lesson that you have learned from it? At IIM Calcutta, my standout course was “Information Communication and Technology,” which revolutionized my perspective by emphasizing the imperative of viewing business through a digital paradigm. This course underscored that in today’s evolving landscape, integrating technology isn’t just advantageous, it’s foundational to success.

What has been the best part of studying business in Kolkata? IIM Calcutta’s case-based teaching method emphasizes practical application, helping students develop critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Launching a cybersecurity consulting startup early in my career and leading it to success.

Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far: Being chosen as the representative for the annual business conclave by my peers within the initial 25 days of the program.

What is your class’s favorite hangout away from school? Why do you gather there? Our class’s preferred hangout spot outside of school is the lounge in our accommodation block. It’s equipped with a pool table, table tennis, foosball, and an assortment of board games. Most of my batchmates are enthusiasts for these games, and they serve as fantastic stress-relievers for us.

What do you hope to do after graduation?  After graduation, I have a dual vision for my future. Professionally, I’m keen on delving deeper into tech consulting and product management, as these fields resonate with my aspirations. On a personal front, I have a passion for traveling. I aim to seize every opportunity to explore new places and immerse myself in diverse cultures.
