Muma College of Business

The University of South Florida’s MBA program was first established in 1965, just nine years after the university was founded. Since then, the college has grown to offer 14 graduate programs to meet demand for highly educated, agile, professionals who can adapt to ever-evolving industry change.

The B-school is located in the tropical city of Tampa, Florida. The Muma MBA program helps students develop analytical skills and creative abilities, and promotes collaboration with their experienced and diverse classmates. The MBA can be completed on both the Tampa and Sarasota-Manatee campuses.

The MBA curriculum is grounded in creativity and analytics to better prepare future business leaders. The Muma College of Business is prepared to help students develop further as business leaders who can take on any challenge that the industry throws their way.

MBAs can choose from a series of electives, also called emphasis areas, in Business Analytics, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Global Business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology Management, Leadership, Marketing Strategy, Project and Process Management, and Sustainable Business. They offer a concentration (which differs from the emphasis areas in that it will appear as a credential on a student’s transcript) in Finance.

Outside of curriculum, Muma offers two big networking events annually, alumni mentorships, career coaches, case competitions, career fairs, and student clubs.
