I was able to give back to the sport I played through college (club level) by starting an NPO for high school-age players focused on 1) keeping cost/barrier to entry cheaper and 2) teaching leadership/teamwork skills. At work, I have implemented multiple processes that made tasks more efficient for others and also led meetings with upper management.
I would like to transition into management/strategy consulting.
