Was promoted to acting manager of my team for 6 months.

You have a very international background (having grown up in Oz and now working in Dublin), great extra curricular activities and some very good life wins. So you are a typical LBS applicant. Additionally if you can show Leadership and impact at work, they will really like you. But the academic credentials may be a hindrance. Therefore my suggestion would be to be prepared for a wait list if you are applying with this GMAT score.
