– Firstly my biggest win is that I have saved a life of a person having cardiac arrest by giving CPR. I have a Basic life support certificate and will go for Advanced cardiac life support certificate as well. – At work, I’m jokingly called a crisis manager. I managed to resolve a critical failure of an important technical equipment night before a very big event involving politicians and top armed forces officials. My team worked through all night to finally give a green flag despite tremendous pressure form Armed forces headquarters. At a young age, I was sent to one of the field sites(bad reputation and operations serviceability ~50%) as command head. After 2 years, we took it to 98% and one of the most successful command centres in India.
I want to see myself in leadership roles leading projects and teams in long term. Post-MBA I’d like to work in management consulting/product management/Operations roles preferably in top firms to gain experience for the leadership roles.
