Your WE does sound quite strong and very much in line with what Foster looks for in TMMBA applicants – average is about 10 years, upward trajectory, leadership experience. You check all those boxes. With programs like TMMBA that target more experienced candidates, I typically find that academic pieces of your profile (GRE / GPA) are a bit less important, though still considered. I do worry that the combination of your stats could be a challenge. It would be nice to have a higher GRE to mitigate your GPA. If you can communicate a strong fit with the program and how you will uniquely contribute, then it’s possible to be admitted with your scores. But I believe the application deadline is not til May, right? If so, then I would use some of that time to retake your GRE and improve your profile while you can. Good luck!
