One major work win was developing a Resource Optimization Model for a large scale client to plan their hiring and financial strategy for a multi year project. The statistical model allowed site leaders to easily gauge how many FTEs vs contractors are needed to accomplish each phase of the project within specific time frames at the minimal cost.
My post MBA goal is to combine my current experience optimizing large scale biotech clients with the skills and network of an MBA to climb into a Business Executive / Director role within biotechnology. From there I aim to use my industry and MBA experience to found my own company centered around optimizing biotech clients with automation.
