Your work experience sounds good as long as you can quantify both the P&L and healthcare benefits of the products you work on. Healthcare/ Pharma is a good field to apply too and we work with many people from Abbott, Merck etc. One benefit is that the work experience has social impact and your goals can be more meaningful. Your tenure 4.5 years is also perfect to give you varied stories for your essays and interviews.

I think your GPA and GMAT are more or less inline with where they need to be to apply to top schools including MIT.

The extra-curriculars seem to be strong and that will give you some added stories and help you demonstrate some values in your essays as well.
