Hi, Congratulations on your journey so far!
IIT-M is a great institution and we work with a lot of people from there :). 760 is a very good GMAT score. For the GPA, I suggest not converting it into the US scale and mentioning it like 8.8/10 etc. as the US scale makes the GPA look weaker. Academically you are all set to apply to the top-5 programs.
I will need more detail on the internships but a management consulting stint is good and you can position leadership experiences from both work and your extra curriculars. When you talk about a business problem be sure to also bring out the interpersonal/ cultural angles of the work. It seems that you have a PE or VC stint as …
