Hi, Congratulations on your journey so far!
IIT-M is a great institution and we work with a lot of people from there :). 760 is a very good GMAT score. For the GPA, I suggest not converting it into the US scale and mentioning it like 8.8/10 etc. as the US scale makes the GPA look weaker. Academically you are all set to apply to the top-5 programs.

I will need more detail on the internships but a management consulting stint is good and you can position leadership experiences from both work and your extra curriculars. When you talk about a business problem be sure to also bring out the interpersonal/ cultural angles of the work. It seems that you have a PE or VC stint as well. So overall you have good internships that should help you showcase your analytical, team and leadership skills.
Another key area is your PORs at IITM ( Secretary, Saathi, ISM, 180 DC etc). If you have been involved on campus then that will help! You can then show involvement in the MBA based on things you have done at IIT.
You have family business goals listed but depending on your interests and internships you could also explore consulting goals or startup goals in the short term with entrepreneurship in the long term. More details would be required on the P&L of your family business and your motivations and aspirations to comment on the goals.
The rest will all come down to how you execute across the resume, essays and interview. I think you have a great shot at the top-5! Good luck!
