EADA Business School is a top-ranked B-school located in the Barcelona city center, home to international companies including Amazon, Facebook, eDreams ODIGEO, and HP. This year, The Economist ranked the EADA MBA 12th in Europe.

EADA is committed to the principles of the Triple Bottom Line, integrating social, environmental and economic perspectives into each course — a holistic approach that trains MBAs to anticipate future challenges in business and initiate change in an innovative and ethical manner. This year EADA welcomed a small class of 45 students into their 10-month program.

The curriculum is designed to cover all functional areas relevant to business management, so as to ensure that MBAs gain a systemic view of a company and are well equipped to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Throughout the program, students work in teams to develop a comprehensive business plan for a complex project.

The Leadership Development module is the gem of the curriculum and is consistently being evaluated by participants and alumni alike. EADA owns a residential training campus about 50 km outside of Barcelona close to the Montserrat mountains which provides a unique environment for developing the modules. The program concludes with an opportunity to specialize either in Sustainability & Business Impact or Structured Finance & Private Equity. Part-time internships are an option that participants may explore in the second half of the program.

Outside of required coursework, many EADA MBAs participate in the Corporate Innovation Challenge, where students experience working in teams on real-life challenges, presenting solutions to the corporate sponsor. Also popular is the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, where participants find out if they have what it takes to launch their innovative ideas in the market by pitching an idea that addresses a pressing challenge. There’s also an optional international business trip to Singapore, conferences and networking nights, and of course student clubs. All students have access to individual coaching sessions as well.

“The boutique nature of our program allows us to follow the personal development of each of our participants closely. Every year, we carefully adapt the design and delivery of our modules to ensure a personalized approach to the given class and highest levels of personal transformation among our students. We help participants break through their limiting beliefs and learn that with the right support and team nothing is impossible,” E. Boniuk, MBA program director.
