The Detroit Mercy MBA is designed to help students elevate their careers, change positions within their organizations, or change fields entirely.

The B-school is located in Detroit, Michigan, which has been undergoing city-wide revitalization in the past few years. The city is also a hub for the automotive industry which provides local connections and opportunities for MBAs.

Detroit Mercy has a culture influenced by Jesuit principles, emphasizing ethical decision-making, which blends into their teachings. Students can choose to study between the B-School’s McNichols Campus or their downtown Riverfront Campus.

The Detroit Mercy MBA offers intimate classes that provide personalized attention from faculty who care deeply about their MBAs growth and development. The curriculum focuses on four major themes: Global Competitiveness; Emerging Business Challenges; Organization Creation and Development; and Awareness of and Responsibility to Self and Others.

The program allows students to customize their degree and hone in on management, marketing, finance, accounting, economics, international business, decision analysis or computer information systems.

Outside of curriculum, global business courses are offered during the summer which give students a chance to experience business at an international scale in England, Ireland, China, Brazil, and Mexico.
