Fun Fact About Yourself: Back in 2018, I managed to snag the title of the youngest trainer– all for my dazzling skills in unraveling the mysteries of digital transformation to my colleagues. But hey, let’s rewind a few years: picture this I’m on stage, spotlight glaring, heart racing like a jackrabbit. And what do I do? I decided to pull off a leg-freeze magic trick! Yup, froze up like a statue, couldn’t even coax my legs into a wiggle for a whole 30 seconds. And as for speech? Well, my words took an unplanned vacation, leaving me in the clutches of glossophobia. The crowd thought I was the king of improv, but truth is, I was just having a nervous leg day.

What has been your favorite course or extracurricular activity at IIM Lucknow? What has been the most important lesson that you have learned from it? Among the courses I’ve taken, my standout favorite resides in the realm of Finance: Financial Management, which is led by Professor Vikas Srivastava and Professor Vinit Chauhan. The delivery of this course resonated with me, fostering a refined comprehension of intricate elements within investment and funding choices. It not only uncovered concealed pitfalls, but also illuminated strategies for effectively navigating them.

What excites you the most about the International Immersion? International Immersion is incredibly exciting for me for several reasons. Studying at IESEG in captivating cities like Paris, Geneva, and Brussels is a dream come true. Meeting diverse peers and experienced instructors in a developed economy’s academic setting is a unique opportunity, especially having come from India’s emerging economy background.

As a travel enthusiast, the chance to explore these new places adds an extra layer of anticipation. The courses we’ll cover –Strategic Innovation & AI for Business, International Negotiation Skills, and Fintech – are directly relevant to today’s business landscape. This immersion offers a mix of learning, cultural exposure, and personal growth, creating an enriching experience for me as an MBA student.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: My most significant career achievement occurred at the age of 25, when I was chosen to lead the digital transformation of projects in Eastern India. This experience shaped my professional journey profoundly. Building on this, I expanded my role to digitize project monitoring processes across all of India, a feat that led to me being recognized as the top performer of the year in an organization with 40,000 employees. This journey showcased my ability to lead change and drive innovation, underscoring my dedication and leadership skills.

Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far:  My most notable accomplishment as an MBA student centers around my adeptness at forging strong bonds with peers from diverse backgrounds. The blend of late-night project collaborations and enjoyable social gatherings enriched both my personal growth and professional acumen. Engaging in varied case competitions further amplified my achievements. Working alongside a diverse cohort, these contests tested our problem-solving skills and fostered innovative thinking. My passion for finance and economics found fertile ground in the program, deepening my understanding of these fields. Ultimately, the highlight was clinching victory in case competitions, validating our strategies and hard work. Overall, my MBA journey has been marked by valuable connections, diverse collaborations, and a reinforced passion for my chosen subjects, crowned by the triumph of our team’s victories.

What do you hope to do after graduation? Upon graduation, my immediate plan entails immersing myself in the industry to garner invaluable expertise over the next 2-3 years. This phase will provide hands-on learning, allowing me to refine my skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics. Concurrently, I aim to nurture the seeds of an entrepreneurial venture. With a vision to become an entrepreneur, my aspiration is to cultivate and nurture an innovative business idea that aligns with market needs. This period of industry exposure will not only equip me with practical insights but also aid in honing my business acumen. As I embark on this journey, I am excited to blend my acquired knowledge with creativity and determination to establish a venture that contributes meaningfully to the business landscape.
