What makes Atlanta such a great place to earn an MBA? Atlanta is a great place to earn an MBA because of the many things to do here and the opportunities to give back to the community that shaped me.

Aside from your classmates and location, what was the key part of Emory Goizueta’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? Emory’s leadership development program is very important to me because I want to ultimately lead within and outside of my professional organization. Emory’s commitment to building principled leaders really resonated with me and made me want to apply.

What course, club or activity excites you the most at Emory Goizueta? Goizueta Marketing Association excites me the most because I’ve cultivated a career in marketing and advertising and I’m looking forward to meeting like-minded people to share this interest with and grow our careers.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: My biggest accomplishment in my career has been elevating others through my leadership and mentorship, specifically during my time at Chong + Koster. It’s amazing to see the folks that have managed go on to manage their own teams and clients, and I’m happy to have played a small part in their development.

Looking ahead two years, what would make your MBA experience successful? Success in my MBA experience would look like developing my leadership skills and growing my network through authentic, personal connections with my classmates and instructors.

What advice would you give to help potential applicants gain admission into Emory Goizueta’s MBA program? My advice would be to think critically about what you want to achieve, learn, and be. Once you’ve done that reflection, then find the school that fits with you – you’re the driver of this experience and the school should be the right fit for you.
