Hi Mr. Banking Consultant, Thanks for posting your profile. This is Debbie Choy, Senior Consultant at mbaMission. I like your strong academics (GPA, GMAT) and solid work experience. These are qualities that the Admissions Committee (AdCom) is seeking. That said, they also want to see demonstrated leadership. Were you in any student leadership roles in college? Or is there an opportunity at work to go beyond your immediate job scope to join a committee? Many firms have recruiting and/or social committees. Mr. Banking Consultant – Thanks for posting your profile. Susan Cera here from Stratus.
Congrats on the outstanding stats which will certainly serve as a solid foundation on which to craft strong applications. Even without any outside activities, I suspect that you will be a strong contenter at USC which is an up and coming program.
If ibanking is your goal, some of the east coast schools (Stern, Cornell, CBS) will have great resource for you to make this transition. Your odds are good for these programs but not as high as for USC.
Wishing you all the best on your application journey!
