Two years of work experience is light for these programs – the average is about 4-6 years. But it’s not just about the quantity of work experince but more so, the quality – in your career, you want to show progression in responsibility and roles, which you may be able to do in the next year or two. 3. MBA programs like to see leadership . It’s great that you’re involved in Roche Young Professionals – is there an opportunity to assume more of a leadership position within the role? If so, this would also benefit your profile.
I hope this helps a bit – best of luck!
