Why are some countries rich and some poor? What can we do to bridge the gap? When in college, I co-founded/led an INTL youth organization (for youth in Africa and Asia). Expanded to 15 different chapter countries and focuses on education and entrepreneurship (two factors that could expedite the convergence of non-developed and developed countries).
Short term: Work in IB, as a summer intern > analyst at GS, JPM, MS (preferably) Long term: Go back to Nepal, put to use the knowledge, work experience, and capital (through savings while working), and network to expedite convergence through apt capital allocation. Also work on: EdTech Startup, most impactful in convergence (13*100 reasons why)
