Your GMAT is also very solid, although your GPA (if converted correctly) is below the average at CBS. Typically, you would not have to convert your GPA to the US scale on your application form. You would simply submit your GPA as reported on your transcript. Most business schools receive enough international applicants that they can calibrate accordingly.
