Hi there, I am a cricketer turned engineer who aims to be a future leader. I work on autonomous robots for warehouses though the technology is the same as autonomous cars. I work in adverb technologies as a robotics engineer which was started in 2016 and is the largest robotics company in India for warehousing solutions.
I have a year of experience in adverb technologies which is growing rapidly. Working in a startup or big four is valued more for me. What can I add to my profile in a year that can make it stronger?

Hi, it’s Nisha from mbaMission. You have a very intriguing profile: cricketer at the national level, robotics engineering, and involvement in teaching/mentorships. Excellent GMAT score as well!
I’d like to understand your career goals a bit more. When you say you want to work in an autonomous vehicle company, what type of role are you envisioning, and what types of skills are you seeking from an MBA to make it a reality? You’d also mentioned working at a big 4 or startup – are you thinking consulting post-MBA and then joining one of the companies you’d mentioned in a strategy role, for example? I’d like to understand your career goals a bit more. When you say you want to work in an autonomous vehicle company, what type of role are you envisioning, and what types of skills are you seeking from an MBA to make it a reality? You’d also mentioned working at a big 4 or startup – are you thinking consulting post-MBA and then joining one of the companies you’d mentioned in a strategy role, for example? Definitely think through this carefully, since business schools will want to understand your desired career path, the experiences/observations you’ve had to date that drive you towards it, the impact you want to make, and how the particular MBA program will help you achieve it based on its resources within and outside of the classroom.
Since you are applying from a competitive demographic, I do recommend expanding your list of programs a bit. A few I recommend are Kellogg, Ross, Haas, and Anderson based on their strengths in technology and ties to top consulting firms as well.
I hope that this helps a bit – best of luck, stay safe, and please reach out if you’d like to discuss in more detail.
great go for it
