Shifted the cash process for a client to our offshore team to allow our onshore team to take on more responsibility and inspire confidence with our client. Worked with Senior leadership to develop training program used by entire division and provided feedback on the training since people at my level would most likely be the ones using the software.
I hope to use my MBA to find a opportunity in a leadership development program, specifically in the financial service industry at a bank, as this would give me the chance to transition to the operational side of the business and help make the decisions that I otherwise would only see at the back end as an accountant.

Your hard stats are great. Only concern is you don’t seem to have a lot of leadership, but you’re a strong candidate for Tepper
