Big Life Wins:

I was the first Master’s level Clinician to manage an Army mental health clinic in Europe. In my next role, I expanded a military-wide mental health program to Europe and Asia and successfully oversaw its implementation. I deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq and provided mental health and medical support to troops, receiving multiple decorations.

Post MBA Goal:

Business schools tend to love applicants with military backgrounds as they generally have very solid leadership skills among other positive qualities. You seem to have a lot to offer and yours stats are in line with Tuck’s averages. Your volunteer work is impressive, as are your big wins. However, my question is around your years of work experience. You mention 6 here, so something must be missing. If you were to matriculate in the fall of 2021 you would be 39, well above the average age of a traditional MBA student.
