You are a truly accomplished individual person and would clearly be an asset in the classroom, given your international bent, your experience in law and finance, and your facility with languages. But let me reinforce what you already know: For someone who would be 33 at matriculation, you are definitely outside the sweet spot of elite MBA admissions. The question then becomes does your background and experience overcome the age hurdle? In your case, I think it does. Your job is to convince Yale that it certainly does, even though your GMAT is below the class average for Yale’s School of Management.
On the old side for a full-time MBA. Otherwise, you are an appealing candidate.
