It looks like your career trajectory is on a good track with managing teams and projects. I also like that you are very active in your community with mentoring others. That said, your GMAT score is a concern, especially for a competitive school like HBS. I strongly encourage you to retake it to get a higher score. Also, although you’re within the range of work experience that schools like, HBS tends to prefer more experienced candidates.
