Unfortunately, you know where you fall: As a male engineer from India in IT, you are in the most overrepresented part of the elite MBA applicant pool. That fact puts you at a serious disadvantage but, of course, it does not rule out a successful outcome. It just means that your application has to be executed perfectly. Your stats check those boxes but you are on the young side. The schools you are targeting would rather see another year or two of work experience and career progress in the form of a promotion or an important project assignment.
