Hi, it’s Nisha from mbaMission. Graduating from college in 3 years is impressive! And, it sounds like you really maximized your time when you were at UT Austin, with a strong GPA, extracurricular leadership, solid internships, and even experience as a startup founder.

While you are young in your career, it is encouraging to see that you’re on the verge of promotion and have already gained experience mentoring interns and recruiting, given how much schools value leadership experience. I also admire the focus behind your post-MBA goals – make sure you explain in your essays why global operations/supply chain attracts you based on your experiences and observations to date, since schools always want to understand the motivation behind your goals.

Hi Mr. Indian Analytics Consultant, I think you need to introspect more on why MBA. Focus on the leadership part of your career and what your exact post-mba goals will be. Remember MBA is not a necessity, you already have all the essential skills (analytics + leadership experiences) to achieve your current primary goal. Best of luck!
