My first job after college was as a Scientist in a start-up biotech company. After 1 year in my role, I became interested in the Business and Operations side of our company. I started learning from the COO and doing projects for him in my spare time, and was promoted to Operations Manager.

Post MBA Goal:

Biotech Venture Capital 1-2 years, then Business Development on the Biotech side 3-5 years. Start my own biotech companies, lead efforts in making therapies and medical devices accessible across all income spectra.
