After reading your profile and your career aspirations, I can’t think of a better place for you than Yale’s School of Management. You meet every hurdle there and I am certain that you would have a fantastic MBA experience at the school. Sure, your undergrad GPA is below the Yale class average but you have a strong GMAT score and, more importantly, a career history that provides much evidence into who you are and what you ultimately want to achieve. It would be interesting to know if you startup succeeded or failed and what you learned from that experience. One other piece of advice: I would apply to a few more schools, including Stanford, because MBA admissions can be a bit random at times and you want to have an insurance policy. Also, if you apply to a wider range of schools, you will be very likely to receive scholarship aid from several and that could have an impact on where you ultimately go. Good luck.
