Hmmmm….I can’t quite tell the timing on your applications and this is pretty late in the game to be a candidate at Columbia, which uses rolling admissions and fills the class over the year. Have you already applied to these schools and thus await your news? If that’s the case, I’m afraid I think your likelihood is not high; although you have some great leadership both on the job and in your ECs, you’re up against dwindling availability, while applying from a well-represented category (consulting) with lower-than-average stats in a very difficult application year.     For the purposes of this assessment, I am assuming that you will be applying this fall. If CBS is truly your top choice, you should apply in the binding ED round. While your overall profile is very strong, CBS definitely likes to see stronger GMAT scores.
