Serving as a bereavement counselor must be challenging and it sounds like it really shaped your passion for healthcare! it also sounds like you have had great success professionally; you’ve successfully made a career pivot and you are gaining broad operations exposure overseeing a platform launch. Your long-term goal aligns nicely with Stanford’s focus on having a greater impact on the world; mental health resources are hugely needed right now! I think it will be important for you to tell a cohesive story that connects your past to your future. Why MBB? Why healthcare or PE (I would recommend choosing one to focus on for your application)? Why eventually entrepreneurship around mental health? Help the Admissions Committee understand the path you are laying out and what is motivating you. Also keep in mind you will need a strong GMAT score to be competitive in the process. Stanford is tough so I am keeping your odds conservative for that choice specifically, but you have some solid options on your list pending a strong test score and narrative. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to chat more about your story and see how we could help!
