The Spears MBA requires a maximum of 52 graduate credit hours: 40 hours of core courses, 12 hours of electives. Over ninety percent of Spear MBA students elect to finish the program in two years. Credit-hour waivers are available to qualified students depending on their undergraduate degree.

Concentrations are available in eight business disciplines including accounting, risk management, and telecommunications management; however, students may opt to create a general MBA based on their selection of electives.
