Why did you choose to earn your MBA at this business school? At that moment, I was looking for a training path in a real community. I personally visited the schools before making the investment. A Nobel Prize laureate, Alexis Carrel wrote: “A few observations and much reasoning lead to error; many observations and a little reasoning to truth.” Honestly, once I saw it with my own eyes, I had no doubts about the choice.

Pretend you are an ambassador giving a tour at your business school. Name one place you would show a candidate and why was it so important to you? The most significant place is certainly the classroom. It is something unique because the number of students is more reduced than in other business schools. This allows you to interact better with everyone during the program. In that room, we not only worked together but we took care of each other’s destiny. In a space made up of four walls we built bridges between us.

What was your favorite class and what lesson do you use from it in your role? The last lesson of Organizational Behavior has irremediably changed my way of conceiving work. The teacher used a slogan: “You’ll never work alone”. I realized that my success in the workplace would not only be measured by my individual skills but by the ability to build effective relationships with the others.

What was your best memory during your MBA program? When the graduation day was approaching, I started to talk to each of my colleagues. I thanked them, one-by-one, realizing that we have become very different people from our first day. The Master’s program had transformed us into more aware persons. We had changed.

What is one thing about the MBA program that you wish you had known when you applied? Maybe, I would have brought more espresso from Italy. In fact, I didn’t think I’d sleep so little in the most intense moments of the Master’s program. Nothing is achieved without hard work.

What has been your biggest professional achievement? It was Gina Lollobrigida’s smile when, as a lawyer, I saved her assets in a complicated phase of the diva’s life.

What advice would you give to a prospective student to help them earn a spot in your business school? Give your best and don’t think too much. You must be aware that you will have to put your head and heart to improve yourself. The good news is, if you choose the right environment, you will never be alone on this journey.
