How has the case method enriched your learning? The case method shows students real-life business scenarios, letting them apply academic knowledge to real situations. This application-based learning helps students develop problem-solving skills and a profound understanding of how theories are used in the real world.

Aside from classmates and cases, what part of the school’s MBA programming led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you?  Ivey Business School is a prestigious institution and remains a constant presence among the most prominent business schools worldwide. Its excellent reputation was a compelling allure for me as someone who was aspiring to acquire a top-tier education and access enhanced career prospects.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: During my tenure at Loblaw Companies Limited as an Associate Buyer, I helped successfully procure over 250 articles, generating more than $58 million of revenue.

Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far: One of my most significant accomplishments as an MBA student was completing the accounting 24-hour report in collaboration with great team members. The report presented complex challenges, but my team members and I were able to stay motivated and knock the ball out of the park! Shout out to learning team #5!

Where is your favorite hang-out in London (Ontario)? Why do you (or your classmates) gravitate there? Barney’s is an outdoor bar that is perfect for enjoying summer evenings! We’ve created plenty of unforgettable memories there.

What do you hope to do after graduation (at this point)?  After completing the Ivey MBA program, I want to transition industries to consulting!

What did you do during the application process that enabled you to get accepted into Ivey?  For the interview, I made sure that I was thoroughly ready to communicate my skills, background, and motivations for pursuing an MBA at Ivey Business School.
